The basic weekly rate includes lodging and initial consultation upon arrival. Additional services include daily writing exercises and a 15-page critique of chosen written work.

         STUDIOS:         

Private studio with queen-size bed, A/C, working desk/chair, shared bath, and wireless Internet.

Nightly Rate: $99.

Basic Weekly Rates: $600.

Monthly: $2200.

High-Speed Internet, Wireless, Desktop Workspace, Phone, Kitchen, Fireplace, continental breakfast (optional), shared bathroom, Satellite, TV/DVD. 

Payment terms:

To guarantee your reservation in Sharpsburg, GA, you will be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full in advance by Pay Pal, and a $200 refundable security deposit is required upon arrival.

Cancellation policy: If at least 15 days prior, deposit will be refunded less $50 administrative fee. Cancellations under fifteen days will not receive a refund.
